Pasalnya saksi kunci itu Albert yang sudah dijadikan tersangka sudah dua kali tidak memenuhi panggilan polisi. "Bila besok selasa tidak datang juga, polisi akan jemput paksa," kata Kepala Reskrim Polresta Bogor AKP Irwansyah, Senin.

Keterangan Albert, kata Irwansyah, penting untuk mengungkap kasus tersebut, karena dialah yang paling terakhir membuka foto bugil tersebut dari laptop milik Jhosua.

Albert juga diduga merupakan orang yang paling tahu proses penyebaran foto bugil itu di facebook.
